"Knitting and crocheting has been my hobby since childhood. I started making stuffed toys for children hospitals several years ago. It has become a passion, I absolutely love making them. My “Critters” are a nice cuddly, hug-gable, lovable size for the children. And what’s truly amazing is how much pure pleasure a person can receive by creating them."
My patterns are written so that they are easy to follow, and include photos and instructions to help you. If you haven’t tried making a toy using the knitting in the round method, give it a try, your in for a very pleasant surprise! If you have a question contact me at bjfromnv@gmail.com

Just Doing a little housework?

Gee, I am always shocked when I stop by the blog and see how long it’s been since my last entry. Guess I’m not that dedicated a blogger huh? It seems that I have used it to vent mostly. But I guess that’s okay?

Well the snow is just about all gone. Stella and I are really happy about that since we sure got tired of walking around in squares! We used the snowblower to make us a trail, and 10 laps took just about an hour. And we walked everyday! Before I have used work out tapes or cd’s, but that wouldn’t do much for Stella. ROFL……………..

She absolutely loved it, she got to chase the burros, which is what she does naturally, she is trying to herd the cows next door. And she loves catching them off guard. Found out today that the neighbor who has the cows, will probably be moving out sometime next year. He has been a good neighbor and I really hate to see him go. Good luck buddy………………..:)

Thought that was pretty darned funny. Woody Allen definitely beats to his own drum.

Raised the prices on my patterns today. I finally finished all the gift needlework, even made myself a sweater. And last nite I finished a critter. It was pretty late when I put his face on, and when I looked at it this morning I can see he needs a makeover. So I will take my own advice and redo the face. Small stitches and take your time.

Still having dog problems, and am resigned to packing the bear spray and when I walk by a certain house, I have it out of it’s holster and ready for action. I will defend my pup…………:)

Happy New Year

So hope you are doing good, and feeling good. LIfe is short, enjoy. Have fun………………..p.s. it’s been 9 years since I quit smoking……
